Returns: Please read our policy before ordering, specially for first time purchases

All of our items are made to order by our inner production crew, one by one according to the specifications requested by you, here in Sunny Miami! This is why some items are not returnable! 

Below you may see a list of items that cannot be return for refund, please read carefully as there will be no exceptions!

  • Highly customized items, among them composed sizes (small waistband and medium leggings), custom made lengths (our default length are shown on the size chart).
  • Items with cut-out mesh
  • Items with combined styles such as "scrunch me up" waistband and perfect pockets or back flat pockets with tuxedo mesh (these are just examples! Anything that involves 2 different product styles being combined falls into this section)
  • Items with color combos that are NOT shown on the pictures of the products. Combinations shown on the product's pictures are considered default like the silver/white combination on the High Bunnie Bootie or the black and white high knee summer stripes combination.
  • Limited/Special edition items (such as special items made only for quickships, seasonal items and items advertised as limited quatity)
  • White items
  • Items on closeouts, final sale, Black Friday or Cyber Monday are not refundable nor returnable
  • Shorts, bras, tops and croptops
  • Hot Pants and trimmers (such as rebound leggings and belly melting leggings)

These items can be resized or altered though so don't worry if the scrunch is too scrunchy, if they are too long or if they are too tight or loose! We will fix them for you :) 

We hope you love all the items you get but if by any chance you wish to return an item, you have 7 days since delivery date to email us about your intentions to return an item! We will send instructions for the return via email to make sure it gets here with all specifications needed in order to process it! Shipping costs are not returnable, ABS2B Fitness Apparel will only cover shipping costs back to its facilities if there is a production mistake on the order!

If your return is approved, your items MUST be received in our store within 14 days of the marked delivery date, items received after the 14 day period will not be refunded or returned to you, so please make sure you send them back asap.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in mint conditions in order to qualify for a return!

Items returned without the authorization number provided via email by ABS2B Fitness will be returned to sender, no exceptions.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, style or fabric you need to notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will send instructions for the exchange via email to make sure it gets here with all specifications needed in order to process it! 

Excessive Refund and Replacement Requests

ABS2B reserves the right to close a customer's account and/or ban a customer from future purchases for an account showing a consistent pattern of requested refunds and/or replacements on a majority of the orders that we consider extraordinary.

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at and other websites that carry ABS2B merchandise where Abs2b Fitness fulfills those establishments.

ABS2B reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and to charge a restocking fee where we determine the merchandise is not return properly, or the return policy is abused. Our restocking fee is $15 per item.

Production and delivery process

Our standard delivery timescale is 4-6 weeks for orders with the USA. ABS2B FITNESS APPAREL will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, lost packages or stolen items at delivery address, which would be out of our control.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the normal returns procedure. 

International Orders

All international orders will be posted via USPS priority mail,  Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order, Canadian orders will take about a week to arrive to destination, other countries will take usually 2-3 weeks.

Order Cancellations / Modifications

Order cancellation or modification will be only accepted in the first 48 hours of placing an order so we advice to read carefully the order confirmation sent by our system to double check. If you need to change something, please email us at and copy and we will glad to modify your order.
